A Local Venetian Specialty with Bags of Character
From the beautiful, historic vineyards surrounding the Renaissance castle Castello di Roncade in the Veneto region comes this unique rosé. It is crafted from 100% Raboso, an ancient local grape variety. Renowned for its bold character and naturally high acidity, Raboso is uniquely suited to producing a rosé with exceptional vibrancy, crispness, and stamina that sets it distinctly apart from the crowd.
Focus on Purity and Crisp Fruit
Following an early, careful harvest to preserve maximum freshness, the grapes undergo a short period of skin contact (maceration) at low temperatures. It is during this delicate process that the wine gains its beautiful, pale pink color and fine fruit aromas. The grapes are then gently pressed, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged exclusively in steel before bottling, the fruit profile remains remarkably pure, crisp, and expressive. The result is an exceptionally harmonious, dry, and thirst-quenching rosé.
