French Craftsmanship and 4 Years of Patience
Champagne Claude MICHEZ Brut Grande Réserve is the result of passionate organic viticulture and sublime craftsmanship in the prestigious Champagne region. This cuvée is blended from 30-year-old vines, comprising 50% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 15% Pinot Meunier. To achieve its exceptional depth and harmony, the wine is aged for at least 48 months (4 years) in the cellar—far exceeding the legal minimum requirements for Champagne.
Complexity, Creamy Texture, and Gastronomic Elegance
Thanks to its extended lees aging, this Champagne develops a wonderful roundness and a rich, mouth-coating feel. With a dry and precise dosage (Brut at approx. 6 g/l residual sugar), the wine maintains fantastic acidity and a delicate, saline minerality. This makes it not only a sublime aperitif, but also an extremely versatile food wine capable of cutting through rich dishes like duck, white meats, or grilled shellfish.
